Canyon Country Lodge Policies

This hotel is independently owned and operated.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE UTAH CLEAN AIR ACT, THIS HOTEL IS 100% NON-SMOKING

A $250 per room smoking fee will be applied to your credit card for any person, or persons, smoking any substance in the guest room or rooms. This Includes, but not limited to, cannabis, tobacco, e-cigarettes, open flame candles, incense, etc. in the rooms you are signing for. A $250 cleaning charge will be assessed for any pets.

The management reserves the right to refuse or deny services to any individual. --The hotel assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests. The management is not responsible for unsecured valuables within the hotel premises. --Items removed from the guest room or damages to the guest room will be charged to your credit card on file.

I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay the full amount of these charges.

Payment Policy

The hotel is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of debit card use. Additionally, the hotel is not responsible for the length of time a hold or authorization remains on your bank account. There is a non-refundable charge of $50 at the time of making reservation.  The remaining balance will be charged at the time of check-in.

I authorize Canyon Country Lodge to charge the full amount of my stay if I do not comply with the cancellation policy or upon check in.

Checkout Policy

Check-out must be completed by 11 am on the day of departure. Due to our high demand and the need to ensure rooms are turned over for incoming guests, we are unable to offer late checkouts under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth experience for all guests. Guests checking out after 11 am will incur a charge equivalent to one night's room rate and tax, applied to the credit card on file.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

All cancellations and modifications, including but not limited to early checkout, medical or family emergencies, and inclement weather, must be received 72 hours prior to 3 pm of the scheduled day of arrival. A non-refundable charge of $50 is required at the time of making a reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in managing these adjustments promptly to allow us to better serve all our guests.

Pet Policy

Canyon Country Lodge does NOT allow pets on the premises.
